By providing your personal data to us and/or continuing access to our website www.sense.my, you declare that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to us processing your personal data in accordance with the manner as set out in this Privacy Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy forms part of the User Terms of Services .

If you provide us with personal data relating to a third party by submitting such personal data to us, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the consent of the third party to provide us with their personal data for the respective purposes.

In addition, the Site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of other third parties. As these websites are not owned or operated by us, we are not responsible nor liable for the contents of these websites and their privacy policies. (h) to carry out market research and analysis, personalised marketing and user profiling.
(i) to deliver ads which may be of interest to you on the App.
(j) to enable third party businesses to deliver ads which are related to their products and services on the Site which may be of interest to you.
(k) to manage our infrastructure and business operations and comply with internal policies and procedures.
(l) to communicate with you to inform you of any changes to the terms and conditions or policies on the Site or App.
(m) to resolve complaints and handling requests and enquiries from you.
(n) for record-keeping purposes.
(o) to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or government request.

We may also use your personal data for other purposes which are reasonably related to the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy for which we have already obtained your related consent or in circumstances where your consent is not required under the applicable laws.

(c) vendors or any third-party business partners or affiliates who may jointly provide goods and services or sponsor contests or other promotional or marketing activities on the Site or App (such as the shopping mall’s management or its tenants).

(f) courts and other alternative dispute forums. and/or
(g) any other party whom you authorise us to disclose your personal data to.

We may also disclose your personal data for other purposes which are reasonably related to the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy for which we have already obtained your related consent or in circumstances where such disclosure does not require your consent under the applicable laws.

5. SECURITY, STORAGE AND RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The withdrawal of your consent may result in us not being able to provide you with the services you have requested or that your use or access to the Site may be limited or affected. This Privacy Policy and your use of the Site or App shall be governed under the laws of Malaysia.

We reserve the right to amend the terms of this Privacy Policy at our absolute discretion at any time.Any amended Privacy Policy will be posted on the Site and will take immediate effect.You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we have made as they are binding on you.Your continued use of the Site and/or the services made available on or via the Site following any amendment of this Privacy Policy will signify your consent to and acceptance of its revised terms.
